- A fine of no more than $1,000.
If the value of the casino marker is over $650, you are guilty of a category D felony and will be punished:
- A mandatory term of 1 to 4 years in a state prison; and
- A possible fine of no more than $5,000; and
- A mandatory restitution for the value of the casino marker; and
- Additional court fees
